Acupuncture is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted circulation in the body.  It can help activate the natural healing process in each patient's body, as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Using acupuncture can help patients to not only reduce their stress and anxiety, but can bring the body back into balance to combat many other diseases.

Tuina massage is a specific set of techniques employed to address dysfunction in the body.  Tuina is not generally used for relaxation, rather shorter, targeted sessions, tailored to individual needs and ailments.

Cupping is a TCM therapy where suction is created to adhere a cup to the skin.  This negative pressure is applied to an area of the of the body in an effort to relax muscles, improve circulation of blood and vital fluids, and help to sedate the nervous system.  This modality is often helpful in easing muscular pain and tension, increasing blood-flow to improve digestion and aid in reduction of acne, herpes zoster and facial paralysis (Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine, 2015).
